The beauty of the stage is in its ability to uncover truth. Theatre gives us the opportunity to create moments that are simultaneously spontaneous and written, and to find new perspective in both time-honored and new works. NorthEast Theatre Ensemble is dedicated to exploring the universal truths that unite humanity through re-imagined classics, seldom visited works, and new voices.

We are currently focusing our efforts to bring innovative site-specific productions to the Capital District. Our partnerships with organizations like Albany's Ten Broeck Mansion and the Schenectady County Historical Society have allowed us to create unique immersive theatre experiences while exposing our audience to the rich history of our region.
